LD-4155 is a yellow-green phosphor specifically designed for low-power LED packaging, compatible with 450-455nm blue LED chips. Under blue light excitation, it emits yellow-green light with a peak wavelength of 542 nm.

This product features a 7.4μm fine particle size design with excellent fluidity, suitable for straw hat type, piranha type DIP packaging, and small-size SMD packaging.
