LDL-630D uses nitride crystal structure providing: excellent thermal stability (minimal degradation at high temps), superior chemical resistance, narrow FWHM (75.7nm) for better color saturation, and longer lifespan for demanding outdoor/industrial applications.

LD-620 offers the highest efficiency at 104.2% relative brightness — perfect for Ra>85 general lighting where efficacy matters. For high-power outdoor applications, LDL-630D nitride phosphor provides superior thermal stability and long-term reliability.
